Refund Policy
MISSION RETURN PROTOCOL (REFUND POLICY)
Failure is not an option, but if your gear doesn't meet the standard, we have a return path.
1. 30-DAY EVALUATION WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Beyond this window, all gear is considered "field-tested" and final.
2. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Items must be in original, unissued condition with all packaging intact. Blades that have been used to cut, sharpened, or disassembled are ineligible for return.
3. DEFECTIVE GEAR
If your tool arrives with a manufacturing defect (locking failure, blade play, centering issues), we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
